Sports Nutrition

Fellow Coaches, Parents and Athletes:

You know how important nutrition is to health and performance. Your athletes spend too much time and effort trying to get better at their sport to throw it all away simply because their nutritional choices keep them from reaching their potential

Young athletes simply don’t make good nutritional choices.

But it’s not because they refuse to eat healthy.

They probably just don’t know what they SHOULD eat!

Or how much… (It depends on their age, gender and sport)

Or how often… (Five to six times per day!)

Sometimes they’ve simply been misinformed as to what is healthy and what isn’t.

And when it comes to food and nutrition, you don’t want to hand out advice you don’t quite understand yourself.

At the same time, they can’t afford to keep eating garbage.

Here’s the truth about nutrition for growing athletes:

It doesn’t have to be that complicated. And you don’t need a college degree or fancy certification to give your athletes healthy nutritional information they can quickly understand and easily apply.
